More Happiness

Happiness is waking up in the middle of the night, and feeling the heat of the person next to you. You turn around and see them in their most peaceful, innocent, and vulnerable state. They breathe as though the weight of the world lays on anyone's shoulder but their own. You smile, kiss their face in the most gentle manner so as not to wake them. You turn back around and an involuntary grin forms on your own face. You feel an arm wrap around your waist, and you know it doesn’t get any better than this.

Truly Happy Thanksgiving

This year I feel God's blessing through every little detail of my life. As I was driving to work and listening to the radio playing Christmas music, I reflected upon my life at this very moment. This thanksgiving day, I'm truly happy and thankful for my family. It was not extravagant or anything. just simply being together and spending time on the holidays with each other is all you need. We just finished eating Thanksgiving brunch. Omg!! So much food! And we cooked it all and started eatting before our expected time. A whole hour earlier. =) the food was delicious. we had an awesome time. Talking about the food, the drinks and the shopping later. I felt so blessed and loved as I drove on interstate. On my way to another Thanksgiving get together with Vinh's family. And you know the feeling you get when you listen to Christmas music. That nostalgia feeling. <3 I know one day in the future, I can look back on this moment and know I have happy days. This one included. Thank The Lord. I arrived at Vinh's uncle house and spend some more time with my future family* I already feel like a part of the family already* And I stopped for a moment in between my bites of food Vinh fed to me and really allowed my heart to be really happy in this moment. No one can take that away. I love him so much. And I love our family. both his and mines. Vinh walked me to my car and I told him how awesome it is that we celebrated 2 thanksgivings. One with my family, and one with his. <3 Will every year from now on be like that?! Idk but this year was sweet and so comforting and I feel so blessed. Thanks God. For everything.

Grey Circle Lens
