YSL Mascara
Day 1
I just received my Yves Saint Laurent Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils. I had work so I thought it would be great to try out. Packaging is of course beautiful! I love their classic gold sleek look. But when I opened it. OMG! I love how nice it smells. It smells like perfumed mascara. Brush: Full headed brush. Formula is wet (not pasty) but glides on easily. Yes!Lashes has more volume. But no significant difference compared to my favorite Mascara (It's so Big - Elizabeth Mott). I feel they both are about the same. But the smell makes a for a elegant experience.
Off to work I go....
It smudged after wearing for 8 hours at work. I noticed it even at 4 hours of work after my first rounds with my patients. I went to the bathroom and looked at the mirror and saw that it got smudged from my lashes hitting the top part of my cheeks (lower eyes). I didn't want to clean it up or freshen with another coat. I left it as is... Even if it looked messed up.
After the second rounds. Art he end of the night... It smudged much more. I look like someone punched me in the eye. Haven't had a mascara do that to me in a long time.
A friend told me that all freshly opened mascara does that and over time it dries out a little and won't do that.
So I'm trying it again on a non-work day and see how it goes!

MIA
Been a long time since I posted in here. Just wanted to stop in real quick for a small post. My baby is getting so big! He just turn 11 months a few days ago. Wow! It's almost a year! 1 year?! Where have the time gone?!
He just got his first real big booboo on his head the other day. He's been starting to take a few steps on his own lately and jumping around much more so hence the boo boo.
I'm been planning his first birthday party and I'm so excited! It's the fun part of being a mom: planning your baby boy's Bday. I can't wait til he gets older when we can do other activities for him.
His first birthday theme is Yoshi!! He likes playing with my little Yoshi teddy bear and I figured since he doesn't really have a say of what his first Bday theme is, I'll go with my favorite character! Haha! I'm sure one day he'll find it awesome!
I love him so much. He is so cute sleeping besides me. I'm going to miss how "baby" he is right now. Gotta go now he's going to wake up soon.

Pregnancy Acne
I'm new to Essential Oils but I'm already loving it! I been using Lavender & Frankincense on my face nightly with Palmer's everyone Face Oil as my carrier oil. I really think it did so much for my pregnancy acne! Posting a before and after video soon!
I've only been using this for less than a month but so many changes already!

37 weeks
Here at Nolan's baby shower on Sunday with Trang at 29 weeks. I myself was 37 weeks and 1 day. =)
Nolan's due date: April 12th, 2014
This past Tuesday doctor's appt. went well. I'm 1.5cm dilated.
The countdown:16 days from today.

Our 1st Valentine's
Hubby is the sweetest! He surprised me when I came home from work.
This is what he got me in the red Lee Michael's box! My first pandora bracelet! It was so cute he picked out all the pieces for it. And I like the new hard bangle.
A few days later.... The roses are blooming beautifully. I really enjoy looking at it every time these pass few days. And keep saying thank you. I love you honey! Baby bear and mama bear loves you lots!!
