15 things you should give up

This is such a coincidence that a FB friend shared this link about my latest post. Some of the things are spot on of what I learned in life. But there a few things on this list I can take and improve myself. Yes, I believe that I'm quite a happy person. However, for all humans, there is always room for improvement. So I take this self-improving, spiritual reading, and food for thought material and make myself a better person.
15 things you should give up
So here I fill some Quotations relating to lesson learned in life.

If someone comes into your life and has a positive impact on you, but for some reason they can’t stay, be thankful that your paths crossed and that they somehow made you happy, even if it was just for a short while. Life is change. People really do come and go. Some come back, some don’t, and that’s okay. And just because one person leaves, doesn’t mean you should forget about everyone else who’s still standing by your side. Continue to appreciate what you have, and smile about the memories. — with Gyamjo Moktan Lama
Each of us has our own unique flaws. It's the cracks and flaws that make our lives interesting and rewarding. We should accept people as they are and then look for the good in them. Nobody is perfect and that's what so priceless about it. There is a lot of good people out there. There is a lot of good in us! Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape. Remember to appreciate all the different people in your life! — with Chime Azuwike
"Take chances, take lots of them. Because honestly, no matter where you end up and with whom, it always unfolds the way it should be. Your life decisions make you who you are. You learn and grow with each choice you make and that's a good thing. Everything is worth it in the end even if you don't understand it now. Trust the journey. Say how you feel, always. Be you and be okay with it."
“Even the most daring and accomplished people have undergone tremendous difficulty. In fact, the more successful they became, the more they attributed their success to the lessons learned during their most difficult times. Adversity is our teacher. When we view adversity as a guide towards greater inner growth, we will then learn to accept the wisdom our soul came into this life to learn.” ~Barbara Rose~
